OmniTelecom’s Emergency Team Alert System enables you to contact all relevant personnel at the touch of a button, so that they can get to the scene as quickly as possible.
Reliable and easy to use, the system sends out automatic alerts for different scenarios via SMS, voice message and email. The robust platform can be customized to suit different scenarios, including contacting on-call hospital medical staff, emergency squads, civilian response teams and armed forces personnel. Simply pre-define groups, whether ‘ambulance crew’, ‘anesthesiologists’, or ‘all hospital staff’, and load their individual contact details into the system via an Excel file. When the need arises, enter your access number, select the contact group to alert and send the message.

Effective communications between responders is crucial to the outcome of an emergency. Even where internet infrastructure has been compromised or become completely unavailable, the Emergency Team Alert System continues to operate offline. Furthermore, two separate switches in different geographical locations serve to prevent malfunction at critical times.
As well as contacting teams via phone and SMS to inform them of the event, the Emergency Team Alert System uses a smart dial-up mechanism to increase the response rate of recipients. A real-time dashboard shows team members’ responses, who is expected to arrive and within what timeframe. Various retrieval interfaces built in to the system help keep track of responses at any time; find out how many calls have been made and confirmed overall; see status results for each intended recipient; view an internet-based statistical analysis of results per recipient type, for example hospital doctors.
